Mmmmm cheeeese! I love a white Stilton with apricots and a lovely melty Brie with fresh baguette. But a tangy mature cheddar with a dash of pickle is the classic. LUSH!

Best all around is Cabot Extra Sharp (cut blocks not pre-packaged). For single tasting I'd second Stilton.

Oh, but I also love Wensleydale and cranberry cheese!! It's so creamy and the bits of cranberry inside, are like tangy jam. I can't have it in the house, because I hog it all!!

Camembert! I mostly have it at Christmas. Bake it in the oven for 18 minutes, so it's all hot, gooey and creamy inside. Blob of cranberry sauce in the middle and then dip in a nice crusty baguette. Mmmm
